Deirdre O’Kane is a stand up Comedian an Actress from Drogheda. She started out in comedy in 1996 and was in the finals of BCC New Comedy Awards and has preformed all over from The Edinburgh Festival, The Melbourne, Adelaide and Kilkenny Cat Laughs Festivals and has toured the Middle East, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Prague, Brussels and London. She is a co founder of Comedy Relief in Ireland. She appeared on such movies as Noble and Intermission and Sitcom series in America – Younger. She also has her face in theater appearing in plays such as Juno and the Paycock, At the Black Pig’s Dyke and Present Laughter.
